Face to Face

In today’ social media driven environment, it is easy to forget how important face to face communication is with our clients. Communicating solely with email or Twitter may be in vogue but they lack the personal – person to person – face to face touch that supports and solidifies business relationships. Too frequently we are more inclined to send an email than to take the time to pick up the phone and call our client or actually to go and meet with them in person. At D4 Projekt we encourage all our employees and especially our project managers not to rely solely on emailing but to develop a personal relationship with their client with telephone contacts or actual face to face meetings.
